Why a journey?

Psychotherapy Sessions provide a space to explore your feelings and their possible causes with a trained and qualified therapist. In due process you may discover your own inner strengths to cope, accept or even heal from your experiences, if this is what you intend.
 
The sessions provide a non-judgemental, safe and confidential setting for issues that may be very personal and dear to you.
 

During therapy sessions you may not find all the answers that you may be looking for, but they can certainly allow small, at times, even major shifts to take place by helping you to either cope with or accept or simply by becoming aware of the dynamics of life and relationships.
